Primordium

About the exhibition
Primordium moves between recognizable forms and less literal spaces. Figurative elements can shift toward the dreamlike, while abstract passages open the compositions to intuition and personal association. Instead of separating these approaches, the works allow them to coexist within the same visual world.
Constructed environments, organic forms and atmospheric transitions create a sense of movement between the visible and the imagined. Layered colour, sharp contrasts and softer passages give the paintings a changing emotional register, from more defined structures to quieter, more ambiguous areas.
Seen together in the gallery, the works create a dialogue between individual images and the space around them. The exhibition develops through contrasts of scale, density, colour and atmosphere, allowing each painting to remain distinct while contributing to the wider character of Primordium.
