Ethereal Reflection
Ethereal Reflection is organised around a monumental stone face covered with spiral and circular patterns. Its closed eyes and calm expression suggest quiet, inward attention, as though the sculpture were holding knowledge that remains inaccessible to the landscape around it. Sand dunes, sparse vegetation and distant mountains extend beneath colourful clouds, while a dark floating planet or moon introduces a distinctly cosmic scale. In the foreground, still water reflects both sculpture and sky. The doubled image joins natural beauty with the otherworldly and turns reflection into both a visual event and a meditation on humanity’s place within a larger universe.
